Jamie coaches people he believes in to do what brings them alive. He also accompanies executive committees and startup teams to explore why they do what they do, and what they must believe to thrive.

He is an Integral Master Coach™, having completed his coaching studies with Integral Coaching Canada. This approach is based on the work of psychologist Robert Kegan and Integral theorist Ken Wilber. Deep and lasting change–in a client’s embodied way of being–results through the exploration of metaphor, limiting beliefs, and co-created practices.

Drawing from experience in organizational development, nature-based mindfulness, and as senior faculty at NOLS, Jamie is fortunate to have worked with organizations across four continents such as: The Gates Foundation, Google, Greenpeace, Becton Dickinson, the Naval Academy, and MIT Solve. BA from Williams College. MBA, on a full-tuition fellowship, from Cornell.

In this chapter of life, he’s exploring homesteading, permaculture, timber framing, laughing with his wife about their respective foibles, searching for flow on cross country skis, and dreaming up designs for healthy cabins.
